CEO’s Message
I am Waqas “Wes” Sultan, CEO of Foretak Global, bringing over 15 years of experience in procurement, contracting, and administration with a distinguished record of service to the United States Government. My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to excellence and integrity, particularly through my work with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
Since 2010, I have supported USAID in Pakistan and abroad, specializing in U.S. Government procurement systems, acquisitions, and contracting regulations (FAR/ADS). From managing Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Blanket Purchase Agreements to handling complex procurement operations in challenging environments—including a 180-day assignment at USAID Iraq, U.S. Embassy Baghdad—I have consistently delivered solutions that align with U.S. Government standards and mission objectives.
At Foretak Global, I channel this expertise to help organizations navigate procurement, acquisitions, and contracting with precision, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value. My vision is to extend the same professionalism and standards I upheld with USAID into the private sector, empowering partners and clients to achieve sustainable success.
